The setting
Audi stage was a testbed for new digital services from Audi. A place to validate new business models in front of an enthusiastic user base. The architectural success criterion was set up front: any service that proved itself had to be portable into the myAudi app without rewriting it.
That constraint shaped every call: foundations chosen for portability, dependencies kept thin, surfaces designed to be lifted out cleanly. It is the kind of decision-making the engagement was actually about.
